Wassily Chair
The Wassily Chair, also known as the Model B3, was designed at the Bauhaus in 1925 -1926 by Marcel Breuer. Breuer’s collegue, Wassily Kandinsky, had admired the completed design, and a duplicate was fabricated for his personal quarters. Thus the chair became simply known as the “Wassily”. Its design remains progressive, and its bold geometry should continue to resonate.
