East House – Phase 2

Loci Interiors have now completed the refurbishment of East House, a boys boarding house, at The Leys School.

Loci have worked on a number of projects, including all of the boarding houses, for The Leys School over the past fews years, dovetailing the design and refurbishment with the needs of the school year.

Completing all works during the critical holiday period, this latest scheme sees 15 new bedrooms, a communal kitchen and washroom, as well as the refurbishment of the Matron’s Office.

References to the compass signage of the boarding house along with historical exploration maps, astronomy and navigational imagery are complemented by the use of leather and tartan fabrics providing for a comfortable and mature recreation environment for sixth form boarders.
