Stir Histon Cafe & Bakery

Loci have been incredibly busy for the last couple of years working with loads of great people. One of the highlights was working with Stir Cambridge on their cafe in Histon and Bakery on Cowley Road. Loci had to bring their A-game to match Stir’s passion for wonderful bread, food, coffee & service. The results have been so well received, often with queues out the door!

Loci fully designed the re-conditioned retail Unit from the floor up. All layouts for Services & Furniture, with a custom designed / fabricated bar counter, Project Management and Planning. We also helped with the rebranding, bespoke signage and artwork to bring the place to life.

The busy new cafe quickly led to the need for a new bakery, but on a more industrial scale…& we couldn’t resist the challenge!

Working with the bakers and professional contractors, we transformed a bare industrial unit in Cambridge into a 24/7 commercial bakery. This now supplies the Stir Cafes and many other local retailers with delicious high quality bread and pastries.
