The Crown & Punchbowl nominated for the CAMRA 2017 National Pub Design Awards.

Run by CAMRA in association with Historic England, the Awards recognise the highest standards of architecture in the refurbishment and conservation of existing pubs, and the construction of new ones in the search for the most stunningly designed pubs in the UK.

Nominated in the Refurbishment category Loci undertook a full restoration of this traditional pub and dining rooms along with guest rooms as well as adding a new conservatory to the side and reinstating the traditional pub front entrance.

An historic and key establishment in Horningsea, the owners and Loci were sensitive to the local community and this much loved institution, ensuring that the new restaurant and pub still feels very much like the village local.
