About Loci Interiors
Founded in 2004 Loci’s architecture division cover projects from concept design, to final hand over. From initial client liaison and feasibility assessment, through to site survey, full working drawings and implementation.
We can act as Planning agent, dealing with Listed Building Applications and Statutory Authority Consultations.
We also work closely with Building Control and professional structural engineers, to ensure all current regulations are met. We can also supply full Tender co-ordination documentation and Project Management, depending on our clients’ requirements.
Covering a wide range of projects from new builds to heritage conservation, we work closely with sub-contractors, skilled craftspeople, and suppliers to produce innovative solutions. We offer a bespoke service, with our hallmark attention to detail, service and timely delivery.
Located in central Cambridge we are now looking to complement our growing team with a an additional Interior Architect.

What we are looking for
Minimum of RIBA part 1 required, RIBA part 2 or 3 favourable (or equivalent)
At least 2 years’ practical experience in technical design and interior architecture
Proficient in Vectorworks, Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
Competence in computer use, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Social Media platforms
Confidence to work on a number of projects at any one time
